Shipping and Delivery

When will my order ship?
US Orders:

1-4 day design time
5-10 business days production time
3-5 business days delivery time.
Total estimated time: 2-3 weeks

International Orders:  

1-4 day design time
5-10 business days production time
5-20 business days delivery time
Total estimated time: 2-5 weeks.
Note that international orders can be delayed due to customs.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to military addresses. 

If you provided a military address at checkout, we will kindly ask that you provide a different shipping address. If the cost of shipping to the new address is greater than the cost of shipping to your original address, we will send an invoice for the difference. We will move forward with your order once the invoice is paid.

Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you have a return/exchange policy?

Yes! Of course we want you to be happy with your order and are committed to making that happen. As long as you change or cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase, you can get a full refund. Since all of our work is custom design and printed on demand, we are not able to accept returns or provide refunds, store credits, or replacements. 

Lost / Missing Packages

Betty and Bandit are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

When will I receive my tracking number?

Your tracking number and shipping confirmation should be sent out within 5-7 business days after you place your order. If your ordered during a holiday, it may take 7-10 business days. 

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship worldwide except for the following countries:
Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea

What does shipping cost?

Free worldwide shipping on orders over $100.
Flat rate shipping for orders under $100 USD:
Shipping to US - $5 USD
Shipping CA, UK, and AUS: $15 USD
Europe: $15 USD
